Our office charges a flat fee for an Uncontested Divorce, whereby the parties have agreed to all issues in the case and both are ready, willing and able to sign the divorce papers. Should your divorce be more complex and require Court intervention to sort out any issues, the matter will be considered Contested. That is why we take the time to listen to all of your concerns and develop a case strategy to determine the most practical way to meet your expectations, while being mindful of your budget.
A person can be awarded either a criminal or family court order of protection if they are a victim of violence including but not limited to physical, emotional, and/or financial harm.
